MAINS (GF, DF)

  • Salmon Baked With Lemon and Capers and Served with A Light Lemon and Caper Sauce
  • Lamb-Slow Roasted Boned Shoulder of Lamb with Rosemary, Cumin and Tomato
  • Vegetarian Main – Stuffed Mushrooms

STARTERS

  • Homemade Bread with Olive Oil, Wiped with Garlic and Topped with Castelo Cheese
  • A Trilogy of Fish – Fish Marinated In Lime and Coconut Cream, 3 Petite Whitebait Fritters, Hot Smoked Salmon with a Small Green Salad

MAINS

  • Cold Loin of Pork Stuffed With Prunes and Served With a Home-Made Apricot Sauce.
  • Fillet of Beef with a Redcurrant Sauce
  • Poached Chicken Tossed with Blue Cheese, Roasted Walnut, Lettuce Greens and Pear (Poached in Red Wine)
